Job Description

Job Title: Faith-Based Transition Specialist

Location: Nationwide

Duties:


1. Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer expert religious instruction to support the coordination of transition issues, focusing on the components of LCP.


2. Monthly Billing and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate monthly billing statements, detailing the days, hours, and sessions of each visit, as well as the total dollar amount due for the month's services.


3. Relationship Development: Emphasize the importance of building and maintaining relationships as individuals return to society, fostering a sense of community and social responsibility.


4. Spiritual Formation: Guide participants in deepening their faith and spiritual practices, using their tradition as a foundation, and encourage spiritual transformation as the starting point for wellness and successful reentry.


5. Emotional Intelligence and Growth: Provide tools to help individuals manage their emotions, respond constructively to fears and anger triggers, and sharpen their growth in maturity upon returning to society.


6. Spiritual Formation Curriculum: Implement a curriculum to support sustainable emotional health and physical wellness, focusing on the development of emotional intelligence and social responsibility.


7. Community Service and Social Values: Nurture a concern for others and the community, deepening understanding of the importance of social values, integrity, and the practical application of responsibility and accountability through community service.


8. Interfaith Ministry and Teaching: Minister, teach, and share faith with diverse traditions, promoting understanding and respect.


9. Evaluation and Assessment: Measure the effectiveness of lesson plans using a statistical model based on participants' evaluations, ensuring the highest quality of spiritual guidance and support.

Education and Qualifications:


1. Required Experience: At least three years of experience working in a religious environment, preferably in a multi-faith setting.


2. Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a field directly related to religious leadership, such as theology, divinity, or a related field.


3. Additional Requirements: Five years of experience and a Master's Degree in a field directly related to religious leadership, or seven years of experience with an Associate Degree in a field directly related to religious leadership.
