Job Title: Faith-Based Transition Specialist
Location: Nationwide
Duties:
1. Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer expert religious instruction to support the coordination of transition issues, focusing on the components of LCP.
2. Monthly Billing and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate monthly billing statements, detailing the days, hours, and sessions of each visit, as well as the total dollar amount due for the month's services.
3. Relationship Development: Emphasize the importance of building and maintaining relationships as individuals return to society, fostering a sense of community and social responsibility.
4. Spiritual Formation: Guide participants in deepening their faith and spiritual practices, using their tradition as a foundation, and encourage spiritual transformation as the starting point for wellness and successful reentry.
5. Emotional Intelligence and Growth: Help individuals manage their emotions, sharpen their growth in maturity, and develop tools to respond constructively to fears that activate anger trigger points.
6. Community Service and Social Values: Implement a spiritual formation curriculum to support sustainable emotional health and physical wellness, and nurture a concern for others and the community, deepening understanding of social values, integrity, and the practical application of responsibility and accountability through community service.
7. Interfaith Ministry and Teaching: Minister, teach, and share faith with diverse traditions, and measure lesson plans' effectiveness using a statistical model based on participants' evaluations.
Education and Qualifications:
1. Required Experience: At least three years of experience working in a religious environment, preferably in a multi-faith setting.
2. Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a field directly related to religious leadership, or an Associate Degree with relevant experience.
3. Additional Requirements: Five years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a field directly related to religious leadership, or seven years of experience with an Associate Degree in a related field.
