About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ultra Steak, Inc. as a Service Manager. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record of success in managing front of house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage front of house operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional food quality.
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service or casual dining environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing front of house operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
