Position Overview: This role is a full-time position within the Finance Office of the School of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities: The Finance Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the financial management of the institution. This includes:
1. Assisting in the identification and regulation of operational expenditures.
2. Participating actively in the preparation and development of budgets.
3. Overseeing clinical partnerships and/or instructional contracts.
4. Managing priorities independently to ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations.
5. Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential, with at least one year in accounting and finance being preferred.

Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking at a professional level.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to create charts and graphs effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and handle conflicts and feedback constructively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Sound judgment in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Initiative to identify needs and complete tasks proactively.
- Capability to follow intricate instructions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, solve problems, and make independent decisions.
- Adequate sensory abilities to perform job functions, including color differentiation, hearing for general conversations, and visual acuity for reading documents and computer screens.

Licensure: A valid Driver's License is required upon hiring.
