Finance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the oversight of clinical affiliations and contractual teaching arrangements.
- Independently manage priorities to ensure smooth financial operations within the School.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is essential, with at least one year in accounting and finance preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Capable of creating charts and graphs to represent data effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with team members while managing conflicts and maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrated judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive in identifying needs and taking initiative to complete tasks.
- Competent in following complex instructions and managing multiple projects independently.
- Must possess the ability to perceive colors, hear effectively for general conversations, and see adequately for reading necessary documents.
Licensure:
- A valid Driver's License is required upon hiring.
