Cable Installation Specialist

Pay Rate: Starting at $20
Company Overview:Our client is a leading provider of cabling solutions, offering expert-level services to their partners in the communications industry.
Job Summary:We are seeking experienced Structured Cable Technicians to assist with the installation, termination, and testing of various types of voice and data cables, as well as security/access control equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Pulling and routing CAT5 or CAT6 cable in commercial environments
- Terminating data jacks
- Installing support structures (ladders, racks, j-hooks)
- Building out cable closets (MDF/IDFs)
- Working in outdoor environments
- 2+ years of experience installing and servicing voice and data systems in commercial environments
- Ownership of basic telecom tools (punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, etc.)
- Working knowledge of BICSI, EIA, TIA, or NEC Standards
- Lift and Confined Space certifications preferred
