CNC Programming Specialist

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a talented CNC Programming Specialist to become a vital part of a manufacturing organization. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting programs for CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, and EDM machines, as well as refining existing part programs to integrate advanced machining techniques and tooling innovations.
Compensation: $32-$40 per hour
Available Shifts:
- Day shift (Mon-Thurs, 10-hour days)
- Swing shift (Mon-Thurs, 10-hour days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop or modify programs based on files provided by customers
- Determine appropriate cutting tools using vendor resources
- Design fixtures necessary for part fabrication
- Assist machinists throughout the programming process
- Contribute to the creation of inspection reports
- Collaborate on quotations for new parts
- Stay informed about the latest programming software
- Support machining setups
- Provide training and guidance to machinists
- Carry out additional assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with MasterCam and ESPRIT software
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
