Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals, maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and service of meals, including food preparation, plating, and tray delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents, including responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the food service team to ensure efficient and effective meal service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Specialized training in food service desirable.
  • Current ServSafe certification required by State/County law.
  • Food Handler's card required.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
  • Must be able to live in the service area.
