Job Title: Shortage Control Lead

Burlington is seeking a highly skilled Shortage Control Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas of the store.
  • Train and develop Shortage Control Associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collect and document indicators of external theft and share findings with store and field leaders.
  • Engage with customers and associates in areas of the store with the highest risk for shortage, promoting a positive and secure shopping environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
