Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain a high level of quality in all machined parts
- Train and supervise a team of operators and technicians to ensure seamless workflow
- Design and implement workholding and fixtures to optimize production efficiency
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols
- Manage tooling inventory and supplies procurement
- Conduct quality control and process improvements to meet customer requirements
- Estimate costs and determine necessary resources for production
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
- Extensive experience in CNC machining, particularly with 4-axis horizontal machines
- Strong understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
