Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a high level of quality in all machined parts
  • Train and supervise a team of operators and technicians to ensure seamless workflow
  • Design and implement workholding and fixtures to optimize production efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols
  • Manage tooling inventory and supplies procurement
  • Conduct quality control and process improvements to meet customer requirements
  • Estimate costs and determine necessary resources for production
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in CNC machining, particularly with 4-axis horizontal machines
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Leadership experience in a professional manufacturing company
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
