Job Title: Certified Nursing Support Professional
About the JobWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Support Professional to join our team at Paramount Home Care Services, LLC. As a CNSP, you will work closely with our clients, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Help clients with mobility, including transfers and walking, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Administer medication reminders according to agency care plan protocols.
- Document services provided and communicate changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
- Report any changes in health status or unusual behaviors to appropriate staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of agency-specific training program.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
Compensation:
- A competitive salary range of $28-$38 per hour, depending on experience.
