Pediatric Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at Aveanna Healthcare is an excellent opportunity for compassionate caregivers to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain compliant documentation in our system of record.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in good standing.
- At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
