Job Summary

At GATE Insight, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Marketing Product Manager to spearhead our efforts in strategically positioning and enhancing our product offerings in the market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and innovation across our product portfolio, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers while staying ahead of market trends.

This role is critical for executing our Commercial Strategy, specifically around pricing and product portfolio management, in alignment with the overarching goals set by the Commercial Director or Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify significant or strategic business opportunities that support company objectives and develop proposals and/or strategies for securing this business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain pricing/profit margins that are consistent with the current business plan and support the long-term objectives of the company.
  • Understand the strategic objectives of the company and identify customer service problems and opportunities.
  • Initiate appropriate actions to ensure total customer satisfaction and coordinate with technical, operations, and planning to support customer requests.
  • Work with customers and sales to forecast demand based on customer requirements and support the business planning process.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a Product Marketing role in a materials manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience with powder metals.
  • Experience in a commercial role.
Skills:
  • Strong communication/presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical talent and business acumen.
