We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Office Coordinator to join Spencers Financial.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of Spencers Financial.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting correspondences and other formal documents
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Greeting and assisting onsite guests
- Handling inbound telephone calls
- Developing and implementing organized filing systems
- Performing all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
