Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Administrator to join our team at Lighthouse Insurance Benefits. As a key member of our office staff, you will provide administrative support to our agency principal and assist with a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide support with claims assistance, local deliveries, and content creation
  • Maintain a high level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Requirements
  • Current property and casualty insurance license, as well as a life, health, and accident insurance license
  • Dependable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
