ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Managing reservations and processing payments.
- Resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
- Ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is required.
