Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intervention Specialist to join our team at Koinonia Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on student progress, implementing ABA principles and procedures, and leading skill set/project meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on student progress towards identified educational goals
  • Implement ABA principles and procedures in educational instruction activities
  • Lead skill set/project meetings in collaboration with supervisors
  • Attend regular meetings with the clinical team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
  • Certification as Licensed Intervention Specialist in the state of Ohio
  • Teaching experience preferred, with experience working with students with Autism and/or Behavior Disorders
