Educational Intervention Coordinator

The Educational Intervention Coordinator will oversee and evaluate the advancement of students towards their established educational objectives across various grade levels, from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade, depending on classroom assignments. This role requires a solid understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies, as well as the ability to guide classroom support personnel in facilitating educational instruction and executing specified intensive teaching sessions. Additionally, the Coordinator will lead designated skill development meetings in collaboration with supervisory staff.
The Educational Intervention Coordinator will participate in regular consultations with the clinical team to ensure alignment and effectiveness in educational strategies.
Position Type: This is a contracted, full-time position for a duration of 9-10 months, including paid time off during the summer in accordance with the established educational calendar.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; a Master's Degree is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching, either through field placements, student teaching, or employment; familiarity with students diagnosed with Autism and/or Behavioral Disorders is advantageous.
