Security Services Manager Job Opportunity at PalAmerican Security
PalAmerican Security is seeking a highly skilled Security Services Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional security services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of security professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure that security services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Site Assessments and Client Visits: Conduct regular site assessments and client visits to ensure that security services are meeting client needs.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of security professionals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver exceptional service.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Organizational Expertise: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software applications.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum one year of related experience in security services or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting and Standing: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry weights as needed.
