Job Overview

KFI Engineers PC is a leading provider of facility infrastructure design and performance solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering CO-OP to join our Performance Group (PG) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform engineering tasks, provide input and technical expertise, and work closely with management, project team, and clients.
  • Conduct site visits to gather field information, perform engineering calculations, and create Excel spreadsheets for document preparation.
  • Participate in various meetings, providing analysis, input, and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules as needed.
  • Report writing and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Displays professional engineering ethics and complies with KFI policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of engineering design software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Some work locations may feature construction sites or require lifting or moving field testing equipment.
