Job Title: Urology R&D Engineer Intern

As a Urology R&D Engineer Intern, you'll play a key role in our mission by contributing to the development of new products and processes that transform the operating room and office for urology patients and clinicians.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Urology R&D Engineer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you'll work closely with our experienced engineers and researchers to develop best-in-class capital systems and processes. You'll have the opportunity to learn about the industry through collaborating with dynamic minds in the business and contribute meaningfully to new product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of new products and processes
  • Support solutions to a variety of problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors
  • Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to a technical community
  • Assist in troubleshooting on new products/process problems as related to design, material, or process
  • Engage with internal company contacts and use diplomacy and tact in interactions and problem-solving
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and design specifications
  • Train technicians/operators on new processes and/or test procedures
  • Support concepts and designs for new products/processes and submit idea disclosures
Requirements:
  • Current Bachelor's student in your Senior year or grad student
  • Pursuing degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Systems, Materials, or Packaging Engineering
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions
