Key Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner, screening and routing calls as needed
- Create phone notes in the patient electronic medical record and provide information to patients
- Assist in indexing patient documents to the correct patient chart and routing electronic faxes to the correct location
- Perform other duties as needed during downtime
- Excellent customer/patient service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Working knowledge of computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and perform training on practice management software

Our team serves all orthopedic and sports medicine needs from 25 orthopedic clinics across the Valley.
