Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vending Route Sales Representative to join our team at Pepsi MidAmerica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining product freshness at assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory goals and maintain product freshness at assigned accounts
  • Stock and service vending machines in an assigned area
  • Monitor sales by vendor using daily route-book logs
  • Make recommendations to the vending service manager for vendors that need to increase or decrease frequency
  • Ensure all full-service vendors are in compliance with company standards
  • Take weekly inventory of vendor parts assigned to vehicle and maintain proper inventories
  • Responsible for the overall appearance of each vendor assigned to the full-service route
  • Report any machine cash shortages to the vending service manager
  • Perform inside maintenance at vending shop as directed by the vending service manager
  • Ensure on-the-job safety and care of all equipment, including delivery vehicle
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs and push and pull up to 70 lbs
  • Must complete and pass Missouri Drivers Exam Class E (Chauffeur's License) to drive company vehicle
