About the role: Trademark Administrator and Legal Assistant

The Trademark Administrator and Legal Assistant will be responsible for managing shared documents, folders, and maintaining agendas for team meetings and minutes/notes for follow-up actions. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for pulling reports for generating TM schedules for agreements, and will require a strong understanding of legal formalities and documentation requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in trademark docketing and legal formalities, with experience working outside of the US on documentation formalities such as legalization and apostille being a plus. The individual will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint being a plus. Familiarity with Anaqua and DocuSign is also highly desirable.

The Trademark Administrator and Legal Assistant will work in a hybrid environment, with on-site presence required 2/3 days a week. The individual will be responsible for organizing and maintaining physical and electronic legal files, and will require a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Notary Public certification is also a requirement for this role.

Estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Assistant or Paralegal studies from an ABA-accredited university

Work environment:

Hybrid work environment, with on-site presence required 2/3 days a week. The individual will be working in an office environment with access to shared documents, folders, and equipment.
