Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing leadership to our team of radiology technologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of radiology technologists, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and departmental efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the department director and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training to radiology technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited radiography program or equivalent.
  • MRT in the State of Texas is required.
  • ARRT is required.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
  • One year of experience as a radiology technologist is preferred.
