The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our customers.

You will be an expert in our products and use this knowledge to educate, inform, and inspire our customers. Your goal will be to bring our brand to life for our customers while building brand loyalty and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers
  • Engage and connect with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays
  • Promote loyalty programs and omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as required
Requirements
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
  • Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training

Hourly Range:

$18.50 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.
