About the Role:

  • Develop and execute patient recruitment plans to achieve study enrollment objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiting representatives to drive revenue growth and improve patient experience
  • Partner with corporate functions to drive high performance in patient lead generation, funnel conversion metrics, and patient experience
  • Employ a servant leadership style to cultivate a strong culture of accountability and provide hands-on coaching to team members

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 2-3 years of experience leading a team of Patient Recruiters or a call center team in the medical field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Patient Recruiter preferred
