Club Pilates, the nation's largest and fastest-growing Pilates franchise, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive growth and revenue at our studio. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving all parts of the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing sales, and will be given daily, monthly, and quarterly goals to achieve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  • Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Manage staff schedules
  • Supervise Sales Representatives
  • Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Requirements
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Representatives
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, in person and over the phone
  • Must be solution-based and results-oriented, with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
  • College degree preferred
