Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at Hope Network Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Assist in creating schedules for staff and client needs, ensuring seamless care delivery.
    • Support the training and development of new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence.
    • Collaborate with the care team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Safety and Crisis Prevention
    • Monitor and maintain a safe environment for clients and staff, responding promptly to any safety concerns.
    • Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts, ensuring the well-being of all individuals.
  • Relationship Building and Community Integration
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, built on trust, empathy, and effective communication.
    • Support clients in identifying and participating in social and leisure activities, promoting community integration and engagement.
  • Health and Wellness
    • Monitor client vitals and medical conditions, providing timely and accurate information to the care team.
    • Support clients with medication management, wound care, and other health-related needs.
  • Activities and Daily Living
    • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living, including personal care, grooming, and mobility support.
    • Support clients in developing problem-solving skills, communication, and independence.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Two-year degree or minimum 2 years' equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
    • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
    • Basic computer skills.
