Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician III to join our team at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation. As a key member of our residential shift leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Rehab. Tech I and II staff in the delivery of prescribed clinical intervention techniques to patients.
  • Monitor and assist with personal care, protection, and supervision of residents as needed.
  • Assist in training newly hired staff and provide guidance on documentation and business processes.
  • Specialize in specific healthcare needs as assigned by program manager.
  • Ensure safety and crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with clients, community, and other professionals.
  • Support clients in identifying and participating in social and leisure interests.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living, including bowel and bladder programs, feeding, wound care, and transfers.
  • Monitor vitals and promote positive behavior.
  • Attend medical appointments and ensure accurate information is relayed between medical provider and care team.
Requirements
  • Certification as a CNA or a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) or High School Diploma or G.E.D with three years of experience.
  • One year experience as a Hope Network Rehabilitation Technician or two years of experience in a human service agency.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
  • Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations.
  • Basic computer skills.
