Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating schedules for staff and client needs, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Support the training of new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Contribute to documentation for business purposes, maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Monitor and ensure client safety 24/7, providing eyes-on support and crisis prevention.
  • Establish collaborative relationships built on trust and empathy, fostering a spirit of partnership with clients and the community.
  • Help clients build effective skills for problem-solving, communication, and independence, promoting a sense of empowerment and self-reliance.
  • Support clients with Activities of Daily Living, including transportation, cooking, dressing, and personal care.
  • Monitor vitals and promote positive behavior, attending medical appointments and ensuring accurate information is relayed between medical providers and the care team.
  • Oversee client medication needs and connect clients with community opportunities for socialization and development.
Requirements
  • Two-year degree or minimum 2 years' equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
  • Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations.
  • Basic computer skills.
