KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Warranty Coordinator to address homeowner warranty inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management with thorough documentation.
- Understand the warranty procedures and customer satisfaction philosophy of NC Employment Group Inc.
- Identify and manage warranty-related concerns for homeowners, utilizing diagnostic skills and effective communication to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
- Be knowledgeable about industry standards and warranty guidelines, effectively communicating policies to homeowners.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service in accordance with established warranty protocols.
- Act as the primary contact for customers experiencing warranty issues, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding.
- Oversee tasks requiring subcontractor or vendor involvement, including scheduling and follow-up to ensure repairs are completed satisfactorily.
- Submit detailed work orders to subcontractors or vendors for resolution of issues.
- Monitor and follow up on all scheduled repairs to guarantee completion and customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-hours support for emergencies via the designated hotline.
- Assist with maintenance services as needed.
- Become proficient in data entry within the Warranty System.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with residential construction practices.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and adaptable to new platforms.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights of 20/60/100 pounds regularly.
- Capability to navigate uneven terrain safely.
- Frequent bending, squatting, and climbing.
- Continuous movement, including walking and standing.
- Repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs.
- Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Finger dexterity for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
