KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Warranty Coordinator to address homeowner warranty inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management with thorough documentation.
  • Understand the warranty procedures and customer satisfaction philosophy of NC Employment Group Inc.
  • Identify and manage warranty-related concerns for homeowners, utilizing diagnostic skills and effective communication to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
  • Be knowledgeable about industry standards and warranty guidelines, effectively communicating policies to homeowners.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service in accordance with established warranty protocols.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers experiencing warranty issues, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding.
  • Oversee tasks requiring subcontractor or vendor involvement, including scheduling and follow-up to ensure repairs are completed satisfactorily.
  • Submit detailed work orders to subcontractors or vendors for resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on all scheduled repairs to guarantee completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-hours support for emergencies via the designated hotline.
  • Assist with maintenance services as needed.
  • Become proficient in data entry within the Warranty System.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with residential construction practices.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and adaptable to new platforms.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights of 20/60/100 pounds regularly.
  • Capability to navigate uneven terrain safely.
  • Frequent bending, squatting, and climbing.
  • Continuous movement, including walking and standing.
  • Repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs.
  • Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Finger dexterity for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
