Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Patient Accounts: Maintain contact with patients to resolve outstanding account balances, reduce delinquency, and arrange payment schedules.
  • Collect Patient Information: Gather and verify patient information, including demographic data and insurance details, to facilitate accurate billing and collections.
  • Communicate with Patients: Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient accounts, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient accounts, resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient accounts.
  • Knowledge of Medical Billing and Collections: Familiarity with medical billing and collections processes, including insurance verification and payment processing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Spanish-speaking skills a plus
