Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and assisting customers' needs. They will work closely with the team to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
  2. Assist customers' needs and recommend appropriate services
  3. Work with designer to provide estimates/quotations for security and other technologies
  4. Process customer orders and sales contracts
  5. Prepare takeoffs by collaborating with various internal departments
  6. Responsible for getting client approvals and supporting team members with sales
  7. Work collaboratively with Operations, IT, Engineering, and other corporate departments to drive success
  8. Support interaction and contact with customers requiring services
  9. Provide a timely and accurate response to customers' required proposal and/or bid circumstance
  10. Propose and present new solutions for security, integrated systems technologies, and AV
  11. Follow up on all sales leads and maintain system, opportunities, and forecasting
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/quoting software
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with alarms and/or integrated systems
  • Experience in a technical sales role, producing quotes, estimates, and project design would be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Education or experience in electronics, electrical, or equivalent would be considered an asset
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines

Pay Range:

$55k - $85k DOE
