Job Summary:

Our client, a reputable commercial construction general contractor, is seeking a skilled Subcontractor Payable Specialist to join their team at K2 Staffing, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify subcontractor applications, lien releases, and affidavits for accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Notify subcontractors of missing or non-compliant billing requirements and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure seamless payment processing and compliance with company policies.
  • Process and maintain electronic filing systems for subcontract documents.
  • Verify subcontractor prevailing wage requirements and ensure accuracy in accounting systems.
  • Process job cost transfers for materials, equipment, and other related costs.
  • Compile and submit invoices and documentation for monthly owner substantiation.

Requirements and Qualifications:
