POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Aesthetic Clinic Receptionists to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, embodying the essence of our brand and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for aesthetics, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, will be essential in providing a memorable experience for our clients.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in medspa, beauty, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
  • Strong integrity and a client-focused, positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize client needs while remaining adaptable to business requirements.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to a cohesive clinic environment.
  • Energetic and friendly demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic understanding of medspa treatments is advantageous.
  • Proficient in assessing client needs and recommending appropriate services.
  • Comfortable with various client communication methods.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the opening and closing of the clinic, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking clients in and out while maintaining a warm and inviting environment.
  • Provide accurate and detailed client information entry into our systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Minimize client wait times by effectively managing the appointment schedule and communicating any delays.
  • Handle all forms of client communication, including phone calls, texts, and emails, with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Assist with general clinic maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with service providers to enhance the client experience and follow up on treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
