Key Responsibilities
  • Become a Security Solution Expert by building and maintaining a basic knowledge of security systems, product sets, and overall technologies designed and installed by Homeland Safety Systems.
  • Sales Driven: Consistently generate proposals for potential and existing clients, ensuring needs are met and demonstrating a vast understanding of the time and resources required to complete projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations and engineering teams to ensure projects are designed and completed to the highest standard.
  • Client Advocacy: Proactively conduct follow-ups to validate customer satisfaction and act as a client advocate regarding safety and security needs.
  • Excellent Communication: Utilize the best method for communicating with departments that enhances transparency and unity across the team.
