Wildlife Customer Service Representative

Critter Control is seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our existing customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a single call.
- Identify and report escalating priority issues to the appropriate chain of command.
- Perform follow-up calls with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound contact calls to customers who have newly completed jobs or have outstanding accounts receivable.
- Make outgoing calls to customers and team members regarding special circumstances, such as weather or schedule changes.
- Assist customers with making payments or setting up auto-billing.
- Enter data into our CRM system to document issues.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers in summarizing trends, remaining open issues, and reoccurring issues in districts and regions.
- Maintain and exceed productivity goals and performance measures set by the region.
- Follow up with at-risk customers to initiate a plan of action.
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
- One year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, or equivalent field experience in wildlife or pest control.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good data entry and verbal skills, with the ability to type 45 wpm or more.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to de-escalate upset customers.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including overtime during peak season.
- Problem analysis and resourcefulness.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to coordinate activities with multiple parties and levels of leadership.
