As our Customer Service Representative , you will help the patients we serve navigate the payment for the care they received at our client facilities. Every day you will answer incoming calls from patients and assist them in making payments, setting up payments plans, and answering questions about their bill. To thrive in this role you must have patient-centered approach to customer service, a patient and caring demeanor, and computer savvy.

Here's what you will experience working as a Customer Service Representative :

  • Answer incoming calls from patients
  • Help patients to interpret their bill and their payment options
  • Provide assistance in making payments, establishing payment plans, adding insurance
  • Escalate to internal teams when additional support is needed

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in an in-bound call setting, preferably in healthcare
  • Courteous and professional written and oral communication
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $ $17.73 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
