Living Spaces is seeking an experienced Visual Experience Manager to join our team. In this key position, you will be responsible for delivering world-class showroom presentations that inspire guests and exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment, with 3 years of supervisory experience. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and Microsoft Office skills are a must.

This role offers a competitive salary of $34.50 - $44.65 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and flex spending accounts. Team members are also eligible for a team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIs.

Job Description:

  • Complete all Learning Spaces training modules and demonstrate competency
  • Partner with management to manage the learning of new hires and existing team members
  • Primary responsibility for Visual Stylist training
  • Manage team member attendance for Visual Onboarding
  • Ensure the store is ready to open by identifying merchandising recovery opportunities and prioritizing areas of concern
  • Manage team collaboration and execution of showroom recovery
  • Partner with store leadership to maintain a great guest brand experience through DTLs
  • Gate-keep the visual appeal of the store to all guests
  • Help manage and execute Corporate directives such as Style Guides, company-wide campaigns, and branded planograms, maps, and assignments
  • Help manage product flow
  • Manage team member attendance for Visual Onboarding
  • Help manage store inventory of all products
  • Maintain proper staging and organization around usable warehouse space
  • Ensure Visual team members engage guests on the showroom floor as needed
  • Complete and communicate reports and photos to the Brand Manager, Corporate Partners, Regional Support, and Director of Brand as necessary
  • Partner with the Retail Business Manager to meet and exceed gross margin goals
  • Able to identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent of all team members
  • Able to build and inspire store teams to achieve goals and complete standard work
  • Able to generate energy within the store through recognition and transparent in-the-moment conversations
