About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Associate to join our Wealth Center team at HSBC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing branch transactional activities, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide world-class service to customers, responding to their needs promptly and professionally
  2. Branch Operations: Maintain the overall appearance of the branch, ensuring that it is well-stocked and visually appealing
  3. Account Management: Support clients and team members through account opening and maintenance, adhering to bank standards
  4. Financial Services: Complete accounting-related tasks, including cash control, ATM processing, and general ledger maintenance
  5. Problem-Solving: Take ownership of servicing activities within the center, handling complex problems and issues with professionalism
