Head of Employee Experience

The New IEM, Llc seeks an experienced Head of Employee Experience to drive employee experience and performance management initiatives to enhance talent development and retention. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging work environment through comprehensive engagement strategies, recognition programs, and performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Experience:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to align with company mission, values, and goals.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure engagement strategy is reflected in HR practices and interactions.
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement through initiatives to enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
- Lead recognition programs to encourage high performance and contributions.
- Develop and manage employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gauge engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Management:
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with key leaders and cross-functional partners to implement performance management initiatives and programs.
- Ensure performance management programs are aligned with talent philosophy and integrated into HR technology, tools, and practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of performance management programs.
- Collaboration and Partnership:
- Work closely with colleagues in Talent Development, Compensation, People Operations, and Legal to implement holistic solutions.
- Collaborate with regional HR partners to ensure alignment of engagement initiatives across global locations.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders to foster a positive employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 7-10 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, talent management, or organizational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and executing employee engagement strategies and managing performance management processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
