About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Partner Development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and success for our Consulting Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and success for our Consulting Partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including AWS account teams, Partner Solution Architects, and Consulting Partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and execution plans
  • Identify and negotiate complex legal agreements and develop strategies to influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

The AWS Consulting Partner Center of Excellence (COE) is a group inside of AWS supporting a set of globally prominent systems integrators, establishing key programs, learnings, and capabilities to better support our global partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
