Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As an Installation and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer requests and performing installation work at various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a queue of customer requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Install and configure security systems, network devices, and other equipment as required
  • Climb to heights as needed for proper installation and ensure all installations meet customer specifications and company codes
  • Track inventory and equipment properly, reporting back to leadership as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate with customers regarding installation status
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role or related field (e.g., GeekSquad, Security Guard, Store Manager, Apple Store)
  • Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation for tool and equipment transport
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism over the phone and in person
  • Ability to work under general supervision and independently at multiple customer sites daily
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Suite, and smartphone devices for documentation and scheduling purposes
