About LVI Associates

We are currently partnered with a leading Mechanical contractor in the Phoenix-metro area, which has experienced significant growth over the past few years and aims to strengthen its mechanical/HVAC division with an experienced Field/Account Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service work assigned or acquired on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities include coordinating service calls, assisting project managers, training service technicians, and exploring new business opportunities in Commercial and Industrial service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage mechanical/HVAC service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to promote professional growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize understanding of mechanical systems and construction practices to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical construction.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
