About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our clinical services team at Field of Talent. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will play a critical role in positively impacting the growth of our expanding healthcare organization.


Key Responsibilities:


You will provide diagnostic evaluations and oversee treatment planning for patients receiving ABA therapy. You will also research, develop, and implement clinical programs, and develop care models to meet client needs and expectations while assisting center managers.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need a doctoral degree and be licensed in the state applicable as a Psychologist. You should also be proficient with screenings/diagnostic assessments, including ADOS, ADI-R, Sensory Profile, Vineland, and CARS. Additionally, you will need expertise in case conceptualization and report writing, as well as compassion, self-sufficiency, problem-solving, effective communication, and attention to detail.
