Full Stack Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join our team at Reischling Press, Inc. as a key member of our software development team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our product, marketing, creative, UI/UX, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and Develop Full Stack Applications: Develop, design, and maintain full stack applications using best software development practices, including front-end and back-end development.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum Ceremonies: Participate in agile and scrum ceremonies to support positive team, project, and process development.
- Research and Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Research, troubleshoot, and debug technical issues to overcome challenges and produce clean, efficient, and easy-to-understand code.
- Write Documentation: Write documentation regularly to help guide colleagues of the present and the future.
- Defend Customer Interests: Be a defender of our customers and help build monitoring around the health of our systems.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5-8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development, including significant front-end work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, as well as experience with database management systems, including both SQL and NoSQL.
- Soft Skills: Strong understanding of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation (API, web, and integration), proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git, and strong debugging skills for identifying and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: A passion for learning new technologies and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
