The Boeing Company is looking for a Lead Corporate Compliance Advisor to become part of their team.

This role will involve close collaboration with BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplanes) Quality, particularly through the BCA Regulatory and Quality System Oversight (RQSO) organization, to assist in compliance risk monitoring and proactive risk management.

The individual will represent Corporate Compliance and aid Quality in various compliance-related initiatives, analyses, and priority risk mitigation efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Engage daily with RQSO and other quality teams to promote a robust and proactive risk management framework.

Facilitate alignment and integration of Boeing's Quality Management System (QMS)-related risk management and Safety Risk Management.

Comprehend Boeing's quality obligations from regulatory, statutory, and agency perspectives.

Collaborate with Global Compliance and Law Department colleagues to monitor, analyze, and provide updates on risk information related to regulatory changes, identified risks, and communications from regulators.

Convert compliance obligations and risks into essential metrics and performance indicators that assess the compliance health of the QMS, working with teams on mitigation strategies and process enhancements.

Deliver regular insights from risk monitoring and management activities, providing clear status reports on QMS compliance for executive stakeholders.

Assist in tracking commitments and actions from the Boeing Comprehensive Product Safety and Quality Plan submitted to regulatory authorities and evaluate the execution plan's status.

Ensure Global Compliance leadership is well-informed about the current status of the plan.

Support Quality teams in risk management activities, including root cause analysis, data evaluation, and risk mitigation projects, while leading corrective/preventative action plans to ensure timely completion.

Contribute to BDS and BGS quality compliance risk management efforts as necessary, sharing best practices and supporting unified risk mitigation strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at designated locations.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To comply with these requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is necessary. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Boeing quality, manufacturing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in risk management, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong network and understanding of current BCA Quality operations and processes.

Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating proficiency in both independent and collaborative work.


Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)
