Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Managers receive training, motivation, and support to meet or exceed set standards and targets.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and clubs for reporting, communications, and monthly initiatives.
  • Monitor sales statistics, review daily/weekly reports, and analyze key controllable expenses.
  • Complete training for new Managers, provide ongoing training as needed, and identify team members with potential for growth.
  • Guide Managers in evaluating staff, identifying areas for improvement, and structuring action plans.
  • Plan and place staff recruitment ads, ensure proper certifications, and fill in for Managers as required.
  • Review performance of all club team members and locations, procure and award monthly employee recognition awards.
Requirements
  • Strong management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to read and adjust to different personality styles, management, and learning styles.
  • Extremely organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enjoy working with people and be a great communicator.
  • Be a take-charge individual, willing to pitch in and do whatever is needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
