The Regional Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our clubs by providing guidance, support, and leadership to our Managers. This position requires a strong management and leadership background, with the ability to read and adjust to different personality styles, management, and learning styles.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure Managers receive training, motivation, and support to meet or exceed set standards and targets.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and clubs for reporting, communications, and monthly initiatives.
- Monitor sales statistics, review daily/weekly reports, and analyze key controllable expenses.
- Complete training for new Managers, provide ongoing training as needed, and identify team members with potential for growth.
- Guide Managers in evaluating staff, identifying areas for improvement, and structuring action plans.
- Plan and place staff recruitment ads, ensure proper certifications, and fill in for Managers as required.
- Review performance of all club team members and locations, procure and award monthly employee recognition awards.
- Strong management and leadership experience.
- Ability to read and adjust to different personality styles, management, and learning styles.
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enjoy working with people and be a great communicator.
- Be a take-charge individual, willing to pitch in and do whatever is needed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
