Key Requirements for the Certified Respiratory Care Specialist

  • At least 1 year of experience in Respiratory Care as an RRT
  • Active or pending Vermont Respiratory Therapist license
  • Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
  • Experience in a hospital setting
  • Competitive salary with shift differentials

  • Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP from the American Heart Association or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities of the Certified Respiratory Care Specialist

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments according to facility protocols
  • Work with a diverse patient population, including both pediatric and adult patients
  • Ability to perform duties in a clinical environment, with stamina to remain on feet or seated for extended periods
